The power drills chuck must be able to fit a 3/8" diameter drive Hex shaft or use a socket in 3/8" (9.5mm - 10mm) and for optimal results run at low RPMs, about one revolution per 2 - 3 seconds.

This is by far the best trimmer I have used in my 12 years of growing. I know they had some complaints over a design change, but I called to make sure that I was getting the latest version with the issues were corrected. Very happy with this overall. So much time saved!

Hey D.d, I'm sorry about the shaft issue, this is the last thing we want to hear from one our products. With the help of the community, we were able to pinpoint the issue and update the design. Please check your email for details on new updated replacement parts.
Not very impressed with this trimmer. I spent 300 I expected it to be atleast as good as the trim bag but it most certainly was not. The trimmer blade gets stuck when in use and won’t move until you adjust the drill setting which spins it way to quickly. You can also hear the blade rubbing against the side of the walls which leaves metal shards everywhere. Also the shaft does not hold onto the drill very well. Not impressed with this product at all.
C.G we're deeply sorry to hear that the harvest bucket is not performing the way we intended. With the help of the community, we were able to identify an issue with the round shaft design that was essentially creating a disk brake from slight downward pressure when using the trimmer. We have implemented the fix for future designs and are sending out fixes for effected units. Please check your email for more details.
